Coming Next: What’s on Deck for Glacial Treasure After the June Launch

The Fortinos launch is a milestone but it’s not the destination. Here’s an honest look at what’s coming for Glacial Treasure through the rest of 2026 and into the year ahead.

Expanding the Fortinos Lineup

Three products are currently in stock at Fortinos: Chicken Souvlaki, Pork Souvlaki, and Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast. The Shish Tawook and the Chicken Shawarma are on deck to join the retail lineup as we ramp up production capacity. We’re prioritizing consistent supply over rapid expansion — we’d rather have three products always in stock than five products with intermittent availability.

More Fortinos Locations

Not every Fortinos in Ontario is stocking us yet. Rollout is happening in waves through the summer, with additional locations being added on a regular schedule. If your local Fortinos doesn’t have Glacial Treasure yet, it likely will soon.

Sampling and Community Events

In-store sampling events at select Fortinos locations are being scheduled through the summer and fall. These are where we introduce ourselves to new customers, answer questions, and get direct feedback on the products. Follow our social media channels for the calendar.

The Next Wave of Products

Looking further out, our Kafta, Stuffed Chicken Breast, and Chicken Wings are natural additions to a retail lineup. When they come depends on production capacity and retail conversations that are ongoing. Our homemade Tzatziki and Tirokafteri — currently only at our Cash & Carry and to food service accounts — are also under consideration for retail packaging, though that’s a longer horizon project.

Beyond Fortinos

Fortinos was our first retail partner, and the launch has gone well enough that other conversations are moving forward. We’re not announcing new retail partners yet, but the interest is there. Our focus for now is executing the Fortinos partnership at the highest possible standard. Get that right, and the rest follows.

Continuing the Family Tradition

Whatever we launch next, the standard doesn’t change. Kostas and Anastasia’s recipes. The four children — Betty, Alex, Georgia, and Bobby — running every function of the business. Five grandchildren working alongside them. HACCP-certified, halal-certified, Ontario-sourced. Clean label. Real value. That’s the standard three generations of this family have committed to. It’s the standard the next product will meet and the one after that.
