This spicy chicken wings recipe is fast, fun and easy to make and a great way to welcome the first days of summer after a cold and rainy (and sometimes snowy) spring. Feel free to tone down the heat on this number if your family doesn’t love the spice as much as we do but either way, you’re going to love this one!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves fresh garlic pressed
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 fresh chicken wings
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425º. Combine the dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl and thoroughly coat the chicken wings with the mix.
Thinly coat a large baking sheet with the olive oil, lay the wings down and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the wings over and sprinkle lightly with a little extra olive oil for good measure and bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy.
