What is the minimum order for a foodservice account?
Wholesale account minimums depend on delivery frequency and product mix. Most restaurants and small operators start with a weekly minimum that fits a single skid; larger institutional accounts work on scheduled delivery routes. Contact our foodservice team to discuss your specific volume.
Do you deliver outside the GTA?
Yes. We deliver directly across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions, and our Glacial Treasure line is available across Ontario through foodservice brokers and distributors.
Are your products HACCP-certified?
Yes. D&D Poultry has operated under a certified HACCP food safety program since 2006. We can provide HACCP documentation, specification sheets, and food safety records on request — exactly what your inspector or institutional procurement team needs.
Can I see specification sheets before ordering?
Yes. Detailed product specs — including portion sizes, ingredients, allergen information, nutritional data, and storage requirements — are available on request for any product in our foodservice catalogue.
Do you supply halal-certified chicken?
We work with operators requiring halal product on a case-by-case basis. Contact our foodservice team to discuss your specific certification needs.
Can you develop a custom product or private label for my brand?

Our processing and distribution hub is at 300 Milliken Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M1V 4T4. Our Cash & Carry outlet is at the same location and is open to the public.
How long has D&D Poultry been in business?
D&D Poultry was founded in 1990 by Kostas and Anastasia Dikeos. We have been supplying Ontario’s foodservice industry for over 30 years and are now operated by the second generation of the Dikeos family.
