DDP-Sticky-Drumsticks

Here’s a fun, family, favourite that’s perfect for the fall season and sure to be a big hit with even the pickiest eaters at your table. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 6 sprigs of rosemary
  • 6 garlic gloves
  • 1 sprig Italian parsley
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 chicken drumsticks

 

Directions:

Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, rosemary and garlic in a large bowl to make a marinade. Place the drumsticks in the bowl and cover, then put in the refrigerator and let marinate for 8 hours.

Once fully marinated, remove the drumsticks from the refrigerator. Fire up the grill to 450º F and BBQ the chicken while basting vigorously with the marinade throughout the grilling process.  Once the drumsticks are fully cooked, place on a platter with the roasted garlic and rosemary sprigs and serve.
