DDP - Chicken Teriyaki

A little Chicken Teriyaki on the menu last night! Definitely worth whipping up in your kitchen! Now seriously, what excuse do any of us really have to not eat healthy? All it takes is a little creativity and a good recipe!

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate your chicken for at least 20 minutes – longer is better if you have the time.

Fry on a great cast iron pan until chicken is fully cooked approximately 15 minutes depending on the level of heat.

Add broccoli, mushrooms, green onion at the end and cook quickly so the veggies are al dente. Serve over rice and enjoy!
